Braski Sports is a tool for a player to capture the most baseball or fast pitch softball has to offer.  These two sports are centuries old, played by millions of people, coached by just as many and both games are still evolving. Technology has certainly helped us understand some of the physical improvements available to strengthen certain parts of the body for performance. Nutrition has improved to understand how to fuel the body. Mechanics used by some of the proven greatest players have been passed to the next generation. The mental approach has been studied and proven helpful at the Pro level and college to increase a player’s performance. These are just a few areas to these games continue to evolve and give those who play them new information. You can ask a MLB manager who most likely has been in the game for 50 years what he learned in tonight’s game and he will undoubtedly give you some exciting new information that he just realized even after 50 plus years of experience. What this means is these sports are much bigger than the players, coaches and fans and at the same time completely dependent on the coaches, players and fans. Understanding the previous statement is why life lessons are taught by being involved in these sports. Life is much greater than a single person, but depends completely on each single person.
